Hi I did what you said and cleared cache and repaired sims4 but it doesn't seem to do anything, the grey bar for reshade still hasn't appeared even though I did all the steps correctly. For more information, please see our Global Golf Deals, meant re install reshade, use 11 not 10 and when it prompts you asking if you want to download effects say yes then in game press left shift and F2 at the exact same time. I do not get a banner on the top of my screen when Sims 4 first loads up either. NOTE: If you dont like the black bars at the top and the bottom of the screen, uncheck Border box in the Reshade menu (home tab). Please, if anyone knows what I can do, let me know.
